What Finza stores
Finza stores your profile, financial records, receipt attachments, and payment metadata to provide financial tracking. Personal spaces are visible only to their owner. Shared family records are visible to current members according to their access role.
AI processing
Submitting text or a receipt to AI sends that content and relevant workspace context to Google Gemini for extraction or analysis. Finza uses Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite for receipt extraction, transaction drafts, Analyzer and Advisor. Data handling and retention depend on the configured Gemini API account and Google’s applicable terms. Finza does not promise zero provider retention. Manual entry remains available.
Service providers
Supabase stores account data and private files; Vercel hosts the app; Duitku processes subscription payments; Resend delivers transactional email. Full card credentials and bank passwords are not stored in Finza. Administrators access product operations without a financial-record viewing feature.
Your controls
You can export CSV, PDF, or a full workspace JSON from Reports and Settings. Subscription expiry does not delete records. Deleting your account removes your personal workspace and attachments; contributions to a shared family workspace remain part of that workspace. Family owners must remove other members before deleting their family space. Backups expire according to the configured hosting retention policy.
Service operator identity, support contact and the production backup-retention period must be finalized before paid launch.
